Established over 80 years ago we believe that first class sales and after sales service has been the largest single contribution to our company's success and whilst others have shed staff and moved to "box shifting" we have increased our staff team to cope with the ever increasing complexity of todays' products. Our qualified sales staff, service engineers, delivery and installation team, and aerial riggers are all available to help you to enjoy your home entertainment products to the full.

SALES AND INSTALLATION

In store our helpful and friendly sales staff will be on hand to offer all the technical assistance and financial advice required, and we are happy to give Isle of Man residents a no obligation demonstration and home trial of most of our products.

Within the Isle of Man we do not charge for a standard delivery and installation for items with a value of £300 or more. (excluding computers) Our charge for delivery and installation of items below this amount is £20, and our charge for the delivery and installation of computer equipment is £25. Once you have chosen your product delivery will be arranged, often the same or following day. Most of our installation team have been with us for many years and are well aware that an efficient installation and advice on operation are more important than ever as products become more technically advanced and many living rooms now have several pieces of Home Entertainment Equipment all requiring to communicate with each other with or without wires but without interference..

 

AFTER SALES SERVICE

We are main service agents for Sony,  LG, Sharp, Panasonic most other major brands.

We have a fully equipped Service Department and Gordon Quayle heads our team of qualified service engineers who are on hand in the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your home entertainment equipment.

FIELD SERVICE

Our own customers receive priority and can expect to receive same day all Island service and if your television, video recorder or satellite receiver is on rental, under guarantee or subject to an extended guarantee or maintenance contract you will receive a loan machine should it be necessary to bring yours into our workshop.

Our minimum field service charge is £40 for any item not under guarantee or subject to a rental or maintenance contract.

REPAIR DEPARTMENT

We offer a full in house repair service and most items can be repaired within a few days. Our minimum charge is £35 including VAT. The charge for a full hour is £43 but most items can be repaired in this time. We will be happy to provide a free estimate for items that will take longer. We do require an inspection fee of £25 paid when the item is brought into the showroom which is refundable against the cost of the repair.

AERIAL AND SATELLITE INSTALLATIONS

Modern home cinema televisions need a good signal to get the best out of them, and this combined with the huge demand for Sky Digital satellite systems has seen huge growth in this department.

With the advent of digital broadcasting it has also become more technical.

All our aerial riggers have been on training courses and we are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries.

We offer a full installation and repair service for aerial and satellite systems on the Isle of Man. Our minimum charge is £50.
